I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the beach, and the service from staff members like Patrick and the cheerful bell hops was top-notch. However, our room wasn't cleaned as we requested, and we had a noisy family next door, which affected our relaxation. Overall, while the service was great, the issues with the room and noise made it less ideal for a full relaxation getaway.
